The phone rang, and before the words came, I already knew: my father was gone. He had taken his own life.
I rushed to his house, and what I found in that room stayed with me for years. When the coroner and my mother arrived, I tried to kneel down and pray for him — and in that moment, I sensed the Lord speak to me clearly and unmistakably: my father had given his life to another master. He had walked the path of the Illuminati, and while so many people around him had feared his power, almost no one had been concerned for his soul.
I asked God to let me understand everything about Freemasonry — the Masons, Prince Hall, the Eastern Star, all of it.

I asked Him why me.
